In addition to insurance sales, PIBPL also provides customers with policy management and claims servicing.

Role Overview:

The Business Analyst - Team Lead will play a critical role in analyzing data, deriving actionable insights, and leading analytics initiatives. The role requires technical skills in data extraction, transformation, and visualization, with a strong focus on business impact and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use automated tools to extract data from both primary and secondary sources
• Cleanse corrupted or inaccurate data and resolve data integrity issues
• Develop and manage internal databases and data systems
• Present trends, patterns, and business predictions using data visualization and analysis
• Create detailed reports and final presentations for stakeholders to guide decision-making
• Support data warehouse initiatives by defining and revising reporting requirements
• Build and automate dashboards to enable robust performance tracking
• Generate strategic business insights aligned with key metrics
• Lead and develop top-performing analytical teams and ensure project success

Key Technology Skills:

SQL, Hive, MS Excel, Python/R, Dashboarding, Web Analytics Platforms, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Project Management

Requirements:

Education:

• Any graduate
• Preferred: Graduate from a premier institute

Professional Experience:

• 1–2 years in business analysis or a related field
• Prior experience in fintech, e-commerce, or data analytics preferred

Essential Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and hypothesis-testing ability
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one of Python or R
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Ability to interact, influence, and align with stakeholders
• Experience with web analytics tools

• Experience presenting reports and managing project timelines
